Shipping & Returns

Shipping – within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated by Aust Post and displayed at checkout, prior to payment. Shipping is via Fastway Couriers or Aust Post depending on destination.
Deliveries within Australia usually take up to 5 to 7 days.

Shipping – International

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Postage charges for international air freight will be calculated by Australia Post. International customers will be responsible for local duties and charges.

Credit Card Payment.

Please note all AMEX card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Return or exchange an item

If the product is unfit for the described purpose or damaged, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

In the event of product exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, both the return and shipping for the exchanged item.

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
